Congratulations on your decision to improve your physical and mental health by participating in a personal training session or personal training package.

With the help of your personal trainer, you will greatly improve your ability to achieve your training goals with a higher level of efficiency, safety, and enjoyment. The aim of these training session from the coach’s perspective is to pass on knowledge that will last you a lifetime, encouraging and enabling you to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

To maximise your progress, it may be necessary for you to follow program guidelines during supervised and, if applicable, unsupervised training days. It is important to remember that exercise, adequate rest and healthy eating are EQUALLY as important!

It is recommended that all participants work with their trainer 3 time per week. However due to scheduling, financial and home life considerations, a combination of supervised and unsupervised activity or workout is possible.

PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

  1. Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of financial investment at the rate of one session.
  2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with your trainer.
  3. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 3 months from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after this time period.
  4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
